The column is made from robust Corten steel. The decorative rust patina is not a defect but a weatherproof protective layer – the column can stay outside all year round, will not rust through and will only continue to change in color over time. Learn more about the material →

How long does delivery take?
Since each column is made individually for you, delivery time is approx. 3–5 working days.

Will I see the lettering beforehand?
On request, yes: simply enter your mobile number in the shopping cart when ordering and I’ll send you a draft via WhatsApp in advance. But don’t worry – after thousands of columns, my design sense reliably matches our customers’ taste.

Is there a character limit for the name?
Simply enter your desired text. I’ll adjust size and alignment individually. If something doesn’t fit on the column, I’ll contact you before production.

Is the column weatherproof?
Yes. Corten steel is made for year-round outdoor use. The rust patina protects the material.

Does the rust rub off?
On light surfaces, rust can leave marks. We recommend using a base or our rust sealant.

Can I return the column?
Since each column is individually produced as a custom-made piece for you, the right of withdrawal is legally excluded. Of course, if we make a mistake in production, we will replace the column free of charge.

General Safety Instructions

Use protective gloves: Some products may have sharp edges. Use protective gloves if necessary to avoid injury.
Outdoor use: Our products are designed for outdoor use and offer high weather resistance. However, we recommend protecting them during extreme weather conditions such as severe frost or intense sunlight to ensure a long lifespan.
No heat sources: Powder-coated products are not heat-resistant. Do not place them near open flames, fire pits, or intense heat to avoid damage.

Product-Specific Warnings

Discoloration: Rust products may leave stains on floors and surfaces. Use suitable mats or pads to prevent discoloration.
Tip-over hazard: Larger products such as columns, bowls, or fire baskets can tip over in strong winds. Secure them accordingly, especially during storms.
Heat development: Fire baskets and similar products become very hot during use. Avoid touching them with bare hands. Use heat-resistant gloves.
Not suitable for children: Keep children away from these products to prevent injury. There is also a risk of injury from residual heat after use.

Cleaning and Care

Rust products: These are natural products and will continue to develop over time. Cleaning is generally not necessary, as rust is a natural process that gives the product its unique character.
Powder-coated products: Clean these products with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or wire brushes, as these can damage the coating. Small scratches can be touched up with special repair paint to prevent corrosion.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.

For orders over €50.00, shipping is free of charge.

International deliveries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international orders as follows:

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1 - 3 business days, and international deliveries take 1 - 3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
