Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery of goods is available worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping rate of €6.95 per order.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €75.00.

International deliveries:

International deliveries:

We charge shipping costs for international orders as follows:

• Austria: €8.90

• Belgium, France, Netherlands: €9.95

• EU countries (excluding Austria) + Switzerland: €22.00

• International third countries (e.g. UAE, Australia, Canada): €35.00

Note on deliveries outside the EU: Additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply for deliveries to countries outside the European Union. These costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1–3 working days. For international deliveries, the delivery time is also 1–3 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
