In the garden
Stick the heart directly into the flowerbed, planter box or between perennials. The warm rust tones harmonise especially well with lavender, grasses and white blossoms.

We make the heart from Corten steel â a weather-resistant steel that forms a protective rust layer when exposed to the elements. In our workshop, each piece goes through our own rust-accelerating process: you therefore receive the heart not in shiny silver, but already with the characteristic warm rust patina.

Does the rust patina change over time?
Yes, thatâs actually intended. Outdoors, Corten steel develops an increasingly deep, protective rust layer. So the heart doesnât get âmore damagedâ over the years â it gains character.
Can I leave the heart off?
Yes, all year round. Thatâs exactly what Corten steel is made for. Frost, rain and sun do not harm the material.
Does the rust stain on light surfaces?

How do I hang up the heart?
Thanks to the hole drilled in the center at the top, you can thread through a cord, leather strap or S-hook. We supply the heart without a hanger so you can style it to your taste.
Is the heart suitable for indoors?
Yes, but the rust can leave marks on delicate surfaces. Indoors, itâs best used in a flower pot, on a tray or on the windowsill.
Is the heart handmade?
Yes. Each heart is cut, welded and rusted by our team in Neunburg vorm Wald (Bavaria). Made in Germany â not an import product.
Is the heart suitable as a Motherâs Day or wedding gift?
Very much so. Itâs one of our most popular gift products â often ordered as a set for weddings.

None. The heart needs no cleaning and no treatment. If you ever want to stop the rust patina (e.g. for indoor use), you can seal the heart with clear lacquer.

General Safety Instructions
- Use protective gloves: Some products may have sharp edges. Use protective gloves if necessary to avoid injury.
- Outdoor use: Our products are designed for outdoor use and offer high weather resistance. However, we recommend protecting them during extreme weather conditions such as severe frost or intense sunlight to ensure a long lifespan.
- No heat sources: Powder-coated products are not heat-resistant. Do not place them near open flames, fire pits, or intense heat to avoid damage.
Product-Specific Warnings
- Discoloration: Rust products may leave stains on floors and surfaces. Use suitable mats or pads to prevent discoloration.
- Tip-over hazard: Larger products such as columns, bowls, or fire baskets can tip over in strong winds. Secure them accordingly, especially during storms.
- Heat development: Fire baskets and similar products become very hot during use. Avoid touching them with bare hands. Use heat-resistant gloves.
- Not suitable for children: Keep children away from these products to prevent injury. There is also a risk of injury from residual heat after use.
Cleaning and Care
- Rust products: These are natural products and will continue to develop over time. Cleaning is generally not necessary, as rust is a natural process that gives the product its unique character.
- Powder-coated products: Clean these products with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or wire brushes, as these can damage the coating. Small scratches can be touched up with special repair paint to prevent corrosion.

We charge a flat shipping fee of âŹ5.90 per order.
For orders over âŹ50.00, shipping is free of charge.
International deliveries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international orders as follows:

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1 - 3 business days, and international deliveries take 1 - 3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
