Which names are possible? Up to 20 characters – from “Mo” to “Princess Cloud”. You can adjust the font size directly in the order field; our boss personally does the final fine-tuning so that every name fits the figure perfectly.
How is the name applied? The name is laser-cut – permanently cut out of the steel, not printed, no foil. Light shines through the letters, and the name can neither fade nor peel off.
How long does production take? Only 3–5 days – each cat is individually laser-cut, welded and rusted after your order.
Is another cat pose with name possible? Yes – on request we can personalize any cat from our collection. Just send us a message via WhatsApp and let us know which one you’d like.
Does the figure stand on its own? Yes – the oval welded base plate gives it a secure stand on all even surfaces. No stake, no digging required.
Is that real rust? Yes – Corten steel, naturally rusted in our workshop. No paint, no coating.

- No heat sources: Powder-coated products are not heat-resistant. Do not place them near open flames, fire pits, or intense heat to avoid damage.
Product-Specific Warnings
- Discoloration: Rust products may leave stains on floors and surfaces. Use suitable mats or pads to prevent discoloration.
- Tip-over hazard: Larger products such as columns, bowls, or fire baskets can tip over in strong winds. Secure them accordingly, especially during storms.
- Heat development: Fire baskets and similar products become very hot during use. Avoid touching them with bare hands. Use heat-resistant gloves.
- Not suitable for children: Keep children away from these products to prevent injury. There is also a risk of injury from residual heat after use.
Cleaning and Care
- Rust products: These are natural products and will continue to develop over time. Cleaning is generally not necessary, as rust is a natural process that gives the product its unique character.
- Powder-coated products: Clean these products with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or wire brushes, as these can damage the coating. Small scratches can be touched up with special repair paint to prevent corrosion.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.
For orders over €50.00, shipping is free of charge.
International deliveries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international orders as follows:

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1 - 3 business days, and international deliveries take 1 - 3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
