How is the hanging pot attached? Using the long, firmly attached hook – simply hang it over a fence slat, balcony railing, branch or ladder rung. No drilling, no tools, and you can move it anytime.
How do I plant the hanging pot? Either fill directly with soil – the two drainage holes in the bottom let rain and watering water run off. Or simply place a pre-planted pot up to approx. Ø 13 cm inside; then changing with the seasons takes just seconds.
Can the pot stain? On light walls, railings and floors, rust can leave marks – keep this in mind when placing it, including with draining irrigation water.
Will the pot continue to rust? The premium rust patina continues to develop naturally outdoors and protects the steel – that’s exactly what creates its lively character.

- Discoloration: Rust products may leave stains on floors and surfaces. Use suitable mats or pads to prevent discoloration.
- Tip-over hazard: Larger products such as columns, bowls, or fire baskets can tip over in strong winds. Secure them accordingly, especially during storms.
- Heat development: Fire baskets and similar products become very hot during use. Avoid touching them with bare hands. Use heat-resistant gloves.
- Not suitable for children: Keep children away from these products to prevent injury. There is also a risk of injury from residual heat after use.
Cleaning and Care
- Rust products: These are natural products and will continue to develop over time. Cleaning is generally not necessary, as rust is a natural process that gives the product its unique character.
- Powder-coated products: Clean these products with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or wire brushes, as these can damage the coating. Small scratches can be touched up with special repair paint to prevent corrosion.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1 - 3 business days, and international deliveries take 1 - 3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
