As soon as a candle is lit, the warm light shimmers through the punched-out patterns and casts atmospheric shadows on tables, patios and walls. Each lantern is handmade in our workshop in Neunburg vorm Wald, Bavaria – with genuine rust patina that makes every piece unique.

Are the candle lanterns weatherproof?
Yes. Corten steel is made for year-round outdoor use. The rust patina protects the material – the lanterns can stay outside in all weather.

Which candles fit inside?
Depending on the model, tealights or pillar candles. In lanterns with a glass insert, the candle is additionally protected from the wind.

Does the rust rub off?
On light surfaces such as natural stone or light wood, rust can leave marks. We recommend using a base or our rust sealant.
