For us at Rostikal, sustainability is not just a buzzword, but a commitment to our environment and our future. We are proud to apply sustainable practices in every area of our company, from material selection to production and the shipping of our products.

Our products are manufactured in our workshop in Neunburg vorm Wald, where we also focus on sustainable production and the responsible use of resources. Our products are not only durable and high-quality, but also environmentally friendly. We use recycled materials wherever possible and make sure to minimize waste.

In addition, we are constantly striving to further improve our sustainable practices and actively seek new ways to reduce our ecological footprint. We are grateful for the support of our customers, which enables us to continue producing and distributing sustainable, high-quality products.

Sustainable through own photovoltaics

Sustainability is very important to us as a company. That’s why we’ve invested in a photovoltaic system to cover almost all of our electricity needs with renewable energy sources.

By using solar power, we can make our production more eco-friendly and sustainable while also reducing our dependence on fossil fuels.

Responsible recycling of cardboard packaging

At Rostikal, we focus on sustainability and responsible use of resources. That’s why we collect cardboard boxes from nearby companies that would otherwise end up as waste. By shredding these boxes, we turn them into valuable packaging material that we use for our own products. In this way, we help reduce waste and protect the environment by needing fewer new packaging materials.

Foam upcycling

We also pay attention to sustainability when packaging our large products. We use foam that would normally be disposed of as waste to cushion our heavy products. By upcycling this material, we give it a new purpose and prevent it from ending up in landfill. This is not only good for the environment, but also ensures that our products reach our customers safely and well protected.

NULL-Abfall-Ziel

Unsere Manufaktur verfolgt das Ziel "NULL Abfall". Wir setzen uns aktiv dafür ein, unsere Produktionsprozesse stetig zu verbessern und noch nachhaltiger zu gestalten, um den Abfall auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Ein Beispiel dafür ist unsere Herstellung, bei der wir sicherstellen, dass die Metallplatten, die im Laser geschnitten werden, optimal verschachtelt sind. Dadurch können wir Materialverschwendung vermeiden und den Ausschuss auf ein Minimum reduzieren.
