It’s simple: you choose your product and enter your desired name or text directly in the personalization field – for many items you’ll see a preview straight away. I then personally take care of the finishing touches. Not sure or have a special request? Just write to me – that’s what I’m here for.

How long does delivery take?
As each piece is made individually for you, delivery time is approx. 3–5 working days.

Can I return personalized decor?
As each piece is produced individually as a custom-made item, cancellation is legally excluded. If we make a mistake during production, we will of course replace the item free of charge.

Is the decor weatherproof?
Yes. Corten steel is made for year-round outdoor use – the rust patina protects the material.
